Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years’ experience as a Medical Practice Business Associate or similar healthcare role.
• Associate Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for patients & their families, greeting them professionally.
• Obtain/verify all required patient and insurance information and enter it into the registration system accurately.
• Schedule patient appointments including return visits, referrals, and diagnostic tests.
• Respond effectively to patients and families and set the tone for the visit.
