Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments.
• Enter and update patient demographics, insurance, and registration information.
• Verify insurance information and collect payments when applicable.
• Answer calls and route messages to appropriate team members.
• Maintain patient records in the electronic medical record and coordinate with providers and staff.
