Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register incoming patients; support check-out and schedule follow-ups.
• Verify patient demographics and process insurance information.
• Explain financial obligations and collect fees at point of service.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and confidentiality; ensure accurate medical records.
• Coordinate referrals and pre-certifications as needed.
• Handle multi-channel messages related to appointments, referrals, and complaints.
