Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete full registration for patients requesting appointments with accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Initiate pre-registration and ensure demographic and insurance information is up to date.
• Verify insurance information, benefits, and referral details.
• Obtain IDs and validate patient identity and coverage prior to services.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Assist with financial counseling and explain payment policies to patients.
