Main Line Health's Main Line Services is seeking a Pre-Processing Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and physicians, coordinating outpatient testing and appointments at MLHS facilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk or financial counseling experience.
• Superior customer service skills in a patient-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and physicians for outpatient services scheduling.
• Schedule outpatient testing and appointments at MLHS facilities.
• Maintain accurate registrations and scheduling records across multiple databases.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solve as needed.
