Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Pre-Processing Specialist for Main Line Services at Ellis Preserve. You will be the first point of contact for patients and physicians, scheduling outpatient testing and appointments across MLHS facilities.

This role supports coordinating admissions and maintaining patient flow. Ideal candidates have 2-3 years in patient registration or scheduling, strong customer service, and solid computer skills with registration systems, Word, Excel, and email.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk or financial counseling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients and physicians scheduling outpatient testing and appointments.
• Assist in scheduling for Main Line Health System facilities and coordinating outpatient services.

Serves as a first point of contact for patients and physicians for Outpatient services scheduling for all Main Line Health System (MLHS) facilities.

Pre-Processing Specialist, Main Line Services

Shift

9:30AM-6PM (Mon through Thurs), 9AM-5:30PM (Fri), and 8AM-12PM (one Sat per month)

Experience

• 2-3 years of patient registration, appointment scheduling, unit clerk or financial counseling experience required.
• Superior customer service skills required with demonstrated experience in a customer oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem solving skills and problem resolution skills required.
• Demonstrated computer knowledge with experience scheduling or registration applications, use of multiple databases, as well as working knowledge of the internet, word, excel and email.
