Responsibilities

• Register and check in patients upon arrival, ensuring smooth intake.
• Complete new patient registration in the EMR with precision.
• Perform daily reporting in EMR; collect co-pays and post to accounts.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and compliant.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as required.
• Assemble and distribute new patient information packets; scan documents.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Assume additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
