Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Admits patients to the Facility following established policies and procedures.
• Assembles patient forms and confirms patient identification.
• Answers telephone courteously in a quiet, pleasant voice.
• Accepts and relays messages effectively.
• Maintains confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Identifies emergencies and initiates appropriate response.
• Maintains the desk and lobby areas.
• Collects co-payments and deductibles accurately.
• Enters charges and maintains demographics.
