Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to connect patients, providers, and insurers, ensuring a seamless care journey. The role focuses on verifying insurance, securing authorizations, scheduling, and coordinating referrals within a nationwide practice.

You will handle patient communications, billing reconciliation, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused environment with opportunities for professional development and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school or GED diploma required.
• 1–2 years customer service experience; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines
• Follow processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments
