Responsibilities

• Greet clients, verify personal information, insurance, and payment details.
• Schedule clinicians' appointments and confirm client benefits and eligibility.
• Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and no-shows according to established processes.
• Collect payments, provide receipts, and ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
• Verify and coordinate client referrals.
