Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling of patient tests and procedures with physician offices and departments.
• Enter patient information into hospital systems and update demographics/insurance.
• Provide test preparation instructions and answer scheduling questions.
• Assist with pre-registration for self-scheduled patients and resolve scheduling discrepancies.
• Promote strong customer focus and professional communication.
