Trinity Health is seeking a Part-time Centralized Scheduling Clerk in Fort Lauderdale, FL to handle scheduling and pre-certification for procedures across hospital facilities. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and computer scheduling system skills.

Responsibilities include pre-registration, insurance verification, and delivering courteous patient service in a busy call-center environment housed in the Wells Fargo Building.

Competenze

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of Call Center phone systems and registration/insurance verification is preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills and experience with computerized scheduling system is required.
