Responsibilities

• Be the first friendly face at check-in and collect/update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance eligibility, process co-pays and deductibles.
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments with accuracy.
• Answer calls professionally and provide directions as needed.
• Send clear, professional messages to providers and teammates.
• Assist with scanning, filing, faxing, and other clerical tasks; maintain confidentiality.
• Support quality improvement projects and cross-train with other departments.
