Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System's College Point Medical Pavilion is seeking a Patient Access Representative to greet patients and guide them through registration in outpatient settings. Responsibilities

• Greets customers in prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Verifies patient information and collects demographics and insurance details.
• Maintains appointment scheduling and follow No-Show procedures.
• Handles phone calls, triage information, and routing to staff as needed.
• Collects co-pays and balances; processes daily reconciliations.
• Acts as liaison between patient and medical staff; uses EMR for data entry.
• Keeps front desk and waiting area orderly and professional.
