Job summary

What You’ll Do (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):
  • Be the first friendly face at check-in for hospital or clinic patients
  • Collect and update patient info (demographics, insurance, signatures)
  • Verify insurance & eligibility, process co-pays, deductibles, and more
  • Answer calls like a pro - whether it's urgent, routine, or "just need directions"
  • Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments with accuracy
  • Send clear, professional messages to providers & teammates
  • Help with scanning, filing, faxing, and other clerical tasks (because details matter!)
  • Serve as a resource for patients and your coworkers, and train new teammates
  • Pitch in with quality improvement projects and cross-train with other departments
