Job summary

Fairview Health Services' Eagan clinic is seeking a Patient Services Coordinator to join the rehab team. The PSC will manage front-desk duties, answer phones, schedule and reschedule patients, check in patients and visitors, and handle forms while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The role is part-time (0.7 FTE) with full benefits including medical, HSA, dental and vision coverage, a 403b plan, PTO, shift differentials, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience as scheduler/administrative assistant in healthcare setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers, databases and standard office software.
• Ability to greet and check in patients and visitors; maintain welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes scheduling functions
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
• Produces efficient and accurate schedules and reports
• Records and updates scheduling changes and informs staff
• Handles receptionist duties and phone inquiries
• Processes patient check-in and intake paperwork
