Fairview Health Services seeks an early-morning Patient Services Coordinator to join the rehab team at M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Medical Center East Bank in Minneapolis. The PSC will manage scheduling, check-ins, and clerical tasks with a focus on excellent customer service.

The role requires strong computer skills, experience in scheduling, and the ability to maintain a clean, welcoming front desk environment while supporting many administrative functions.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a scheduler/administrative assistant in a healthcare setting.
• Vocational/Technical training or an A.A./A.S. degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles scheduling and rescheduling of patients.
• Greets patients and visitors and supports front desk operations.
• Maintains accurate schedules and generates related reports.
• Updates patient records and communicates changes to staff.
