• Perform daily reporting in EMR; collect co-pays and post to patient accounts.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with standards.
• Verify insurance and obtain authorizations as required.
• Assemble and distribute new patient information packets; scan documents into EMR.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization within the facility.
• Assume other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
