Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to type a minimum of 30 words per minute with 90% or greater accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound scheduling and patient communication across ENT, Sleep, Imaging, Cosmetic, Allergy, Audiology, Oral Appliance, and Post-Operative departments.
• Schedule and register patients for appointments; ensure accurate data entry into the EMR.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, web, SMS, and EHR messaging; monitor tasks in the system.
• Review appointments for accuracy from automated scheduling partners and Healow/Zocdoc bookings.
• Coordinate with providers and clinical teams to maintain access to care; escalate clinical questions when needed.
