Job summary

Chicago ENT - Advanced Center for Specialty Care is seeking a Part-time Call Center Patient Care Coordinator to manage inbound scheduling and patient communication across departments.

Responsibilities include scheduling, data entry into EMR, responding to inquiries via phone, web, SMS and EHR messaging, and coordinating follow-up care. The role emphasizes accuracy, professionalism, and timely access to care at our Halsted location.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with EMR systems and Windows PCs.
• Typing at least 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound scheduling and patient communication across departments.
• Schedule and register patients for ENT, Sleep, Imaging, Cosmetic, Allergy, Audiology, Oral Appliance, and Post-Operative visits.
• Enter patient demographics and appointment details accurately into the EMR.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, web, SMS, and EHR messaging.
• Coordinate and respond to messages from multiple scheduling and communication platforms.
• Escalate clinical questions to the appropriate department.
