Responsabilidades

• Schedules appointments for visits, treatments, and procedures.
• Reviews confirmations and waitlists; communicates with patients about upcoming visits and instructions.
• Obtains authorizations for services and handles patient questions and messages.
• Maintains office workflows, scans/uploads documents, and supports EPIC workflow.
