Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from physician offices to schedule new patient appointments
• Ensure patients are worked in within a three-day range
• Retrieve requests by provider to ensure complete charts before appointments
• Scan records into new patient charts after provider review
• Clear and distribute new patient faxes accordingly
