Responsibilities

• Gathers demographic info and updates guarantor data.
• Verifies insurance status and updates insurance records.
• Collects copays and payments as required.
• Checks patients in and out and provides visit summaries.
• Schedules appointments and coordinates lab/imaging with EPIC/MyChart.
• Follows provider and billing protocols.
