Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Patient Access Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This hybrid role supports scheduling, patient registration, and insurance verification with a focus on providing an exceptional patient experience.

You’ll interact with front-end and back-office staff, answer insurance questions, confirm benefits, and coordinate with clinics to ensure timely appointments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role required.
• Previous physician office, hospital or frontline customer contact experience preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume call center environment preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to multi-task, be organized and detail oriented.
• Proficient computer keyboard skills.

Monday-Friday / 830 am to 5pm / Day Shift Hybrid Work Schedule After 90 day Probationary Period: Remote & In-Office Days
