Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid US driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Verifies, updates and posts patient insurance and demographics information.
• Answers patient calls and provides routine information on procedures and policies.
• Resolves billing questions and schedules, reschedules, or refers visits as needed.
• Maintains and deposits daily cash, manages encounter forms and records.
• Notifies providers and patients of scheduling changes and test results as required.
• Documents information in the system and ensures all forms are complete and accurate.
