• Plans daily schedule of the assigned modality to maximize utilization and avoid conflicts.
• Enters outpatient demographics and procedure data into the Radiology Information System with clinical information.
• Reviews department requests to ensure complete paperwork and prepare documents for radiologist.
• Assists with emergency re-scheduling due to equipment downtime or other events.
• Handles incoming calls and add-on cases, and answers questions as appropriate.
• Maintains records and prepares reports related to daily schedules.
