Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients in person or by phone, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collect applicable co-pays and process payments correctly.
• Coordinate scheduling for provider appointments, treatments, labs, and tests to optimize clinic flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive patient information.
• Collaborate with clinical team to improve patient access and reduce wait times.
