Job summary

Hanger, Inc. is seeking a motivated frontline administrator to ensure a seamless experience for patients and staff at our clinics.

You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, collect payments, and schedule follow-ups for cast, measurements, delivery, and prosthetic care. The role requires a high school diploma plus customer service or medical front office experience, strong communication, and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum front desk reception experience; strong communication and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at front desk; manage wait times and inquiries.
• Verify patient demographics and insurance during check-in; handle registrations.
• Collect payments including deductibles and copays at the front desk.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and prosthetic care plans.
• Serve as liaison for patient experience programs and resources.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management to obtain patient information.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records.
