• Enter and manage patient information in scheduling systems and records.
• Prioritize workload to meet productivity standards and clear accounts.
• Educate patients and/or their agents about services and prepare them for procedures.
• Verify insurance benefits, estimate patient liability, educate on payment options and collect balances.
