Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a Comprehensive Scheduler I to manage diverse scheduling needs across hospital systems. You will act as a liaison among internal teams and external partners, ensuring continuity of care and timely follow-up after discharge.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preferred Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field and at least 1 year in a medical or customer-service setting; EPIC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
• Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related program Preferred.
• 1 year experience working in a medical setting or in a relevant customer service role Required.
• General Experience with the TFP scheduling system and EPIC Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to internal and external entities across scheduling functions.
• Participate in all scheduling functions related to telehealth and in-house registration.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure access goals are met and alignment with core missions.
• Build relationships with administration and outside scheduling / messaging vendors.
