Job summary

HCA Florida North Florida Hospital seeks a Guest Services Attendant to support patient-centered care at facility entry points. You will monitor visitors, guide patients, and help maintain a safe, compassionate environment consistent with our mission.

Strong communication, organization, and a professional appearance are essential, with HS diploma preferred. The role collaborates with care teams and volunteers to ensure a positive patient and family experience while upholding privacy and safety

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.

• Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor entry points and manage visitor flow.
• Communicate clearly with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Enforce visitation policies and PPE guidelines.
• Direct patients or individuals based on defined criteria.
• Relay hand-off communications to nursing staff for continuity of care.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality.
