Provide system and content-based education, analysis, reporting and hospital Patient Access/Patient Accounts expertise to support all facility PFS roles and facility departments. Responsible for operations specific training, such as scheduling, pre-registration, registration, billing, follow-up, and compliance within Patient Financial Services. Responsible for development, design, administration, and management of training materials included in the Training Delivery- Operational function.
