Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Patient Access, Registration, Revenue Cycle or Healthcare Operations experience.
• 2 years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience with hospital and clinic registration processes strongly preferred.
• Experience managing performance metrics and operational improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily patient access operations and ensures excellent customer service.
• Maintains revenue cycle integrity and supports staff performance.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and accountability for frontline staff.
