Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient access, revenue cycle workflows, and related financial counseling services.
• Supervise staff including interviews, performance evaluations and coaching.
• Develop and implement staff training plans and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare routine management reports summarizing weekly and monthly performance.
• Ensure HIPAA and corporate integrity guidelines are followed and drive process improvements.
