Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in hospital Revenue Cycle is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills are required.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Ability to take initiative and meet objectives.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient registration and financial clearance.
• Assist with insurance verification and prior-authorization support.
• Deliver customer facing services and provide financial counseling.
• Support cashiering, release of information, and related Revenue Cycle activities.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and service standards in line with departmental goals.
