Job Overview
The Patient Access Representative is the first person our patients and caregivers will interact with. This position provides support to our patients during a life-changing event by working with caregivers to schedule appointments, perform pre-registration and registration of new and existing patients, and provide information regarding access to external financial resources. You will support patients with scheduling issues and provider questions, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory agencies by obtaining necessary consents.
This position is per diem, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible. The pay range is $21.00 - $29.65/hour, based on experience and departmental equity.

Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
