Help create a brighter, stronger future for the children we serve at Shriners Children’s Southern California (SCSC). We are a family-centered, pediatric subspecialty Ambulatory Surgical Center located in Pasadena, providing complex care for children with orthopedic conditions.
The Patient Access Representative is the first point of contact for our patients and caregivers. This position provides support during a significant and life-changing event by working with caregivers to schedule appointments, perform pre-registration and registration of new and existing patients, and provide information regarding access to external financial resources. You will support patients with scheduling issues and provider questions, and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory agencies by obtaining necessary consents.
This position is per diem, non-exempt, and benefits-eligible. The pay range is $21.00 - $29.65/hour, based on experience and departmental equity.
The working hours for this position are 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
