Our systems support safety, compliance, and maintenance across construction and property management markets. As demand grows, we're looking for driven, professional Independent Sales Representatives (ISRs) to represent us in the NYC, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angelesmarkets.

Position Highlights:

100% Commission – Uncapped Earnings

Your Background:

● 5+ years of B2B or technical sales success

● Strong relationships with building owners, general contractors, architects, consultants, and property management companies in the NYC, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angelesmarkets

● Established network and proven ability to engage with key decision-makers including building owners, senior-level executives at general contractors, influential architects and consultants, and property management leadership

● Background in construction, engineering, or commercial real estate

● Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-driven

● Experience managing complex sales cycles and presenting value propositions to sophisticated clients. Highlights the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities:

● Prospect and close deals in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors

● Strategically identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors

● Consult with clients on safety compliance, fall protection, and access system needs

● Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client operational challenges and recommending tailored access and safety solutions

● Represent high-rise access and facility maintenance solutions

● Articulate the technical advantages and compelling ROI of our high-rise access and facility maintenance systems

● Collaborate with internal teams to deliver turnkey results

● Collaborate closely with engineering, project management, and installation teams to ensure seamless and successful client outcomes.

● Track market trends in commercial real estate, construction, and infrastructure projects

● Actively monitor and analyze trends within the NYC, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles commercial real estate, construction, and infrastructure landscapes to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
