Baptist Health in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Patient Access Representative II for the Clay - Main Building. This part-time role supports registration, uses multiple systems, and ensures accurate patient access processes.

You will maintain HIPAA privacy, comply with EMTALA/AHCA/JCAHO, and work Monday through Friday 8:00pm–1:00pm, 1-2 years of healthcare and customer service experience preferred, HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Registers patients accurately and efficiently
• Utilization of multiple systems and interfaces
• Cross-Trained in order to work in multiple patient access areas
• Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encounters
• Contributes to PAS Goals as defined annually (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.)
• Possesses a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO
• Maintains a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team members
• Able to articulate compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent forms
• Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

Baptist Clay is hiring a Patient Access Representative II to join our Patient access team in Jacksonville, FL.

This is a Part-time position, with a shift of Monday - Friday, 8:00pm - 1:00pm.

Patient Access Representative II, Job Responsibilities
