Job summary

ECU Health Physicians is seeking help with patient registration and benefits interpretation at its North Carolina locations. You will counsel patients on insurance benefits, maintain medical terminology, and support patient relations while handling registration and billing basics.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of customer service, and 1–2 years in healthcare registration/billing. Day shifts, 8–5, with no weekend work, and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

Pay Range: $18.00 - $22.86

Other Information

Shifts are only days, no weekend. 8-5pm - PRN 2 to 3 days a week minimum.
