About the Team

The Patient Access Representative provides reception and scheduling services, ensuring a positive patient experience. This role requires excellent service skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and teamwork, acting as the first contact for patients and visitors.

Position Mission

As a Dermatology Access Representative, you will facilitate seamless patient interactions from initial contact through scheduling and data management, supporting efficient, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Patient onboarding and registration
• Insurance verification and financial guidance
• Scheduling, managing appointments, cancellations, and reminders
• Patient education and support
• Maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy in compliance with HIPAA
• Responding to patient feedback and access issues

Work Schedule

• Full-time, averaging 64 hours biweekly
• Hours between 6:30AM to 5:00PM on weekdays, rotating Saturday shifts from 7:45AM to 12:00PM

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
