Job Description

Our Patient Access Representatives provide high-quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner. The role involves clerical and administrative duties to maintain program and registration operations, including communication, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, insurance registration, and basic coordination of day-to-day services. Adherence to documentation, policies, and procedures is essential. Prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and departmental needs is required. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED; business curriculum preferred, with at least 1 year of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Knowledge of managed care criteria and insurances
  • Criminal, FBI, and Act 33/34 clearances
  • Pre-employment drug screening
Schedule

This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a 37.5-hour work week, primarily daytime hours, including one late night until 8 pm. Flexibility based on unit needs is required.
