Our Patient Access Representatives provide high-quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner. The role involves clerical and administrative duties to maintain program and registration operations, including communication, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, insurance registration, and basic coordination of day-to-day services. Adherence to documentation, policies, and procedures is essential. Prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and departmental needs is required. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
