Description:

Our Patient Access Representatives provide high-quality service to all individuals served and customers in a courteous and professional manner.

We are seeking a professional with experience in clerical/administration functions, confidentiality, multi-tasking, and team collaboration. This role involves performing clerical and administrative duties to maintain program and registration operations, including communications, data entry, filing, bookkeeping, scheduling, payee reimbursement, insurance registration, and basic coordination of daily services. Adherence to documentation, policies, and procedures is required. Prioritizing daily tasks based on deadlines, urgency, and departmental policy is essential. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED; business curriculum preferred, with at least 1 year of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of managed care criteria and insurance processes
• Criminal background clearances (Act 33/34, FBI)
• Pre-employment drug screening

SCHEDULE: This is a non-exempt, hourly position with a 37.5-hour workweek. The schedule is daytime with one late shift until 8 pm. Flexibility based on unit needs is required.
