The Patient Access Representative facilitates the patient referral process and obtains appropriate pre-certifications as requested by the provider(s). They are responsible for greeting patients; check-in, check-out, scheduling and managing telephones and messages. Collects and posts co-pays, deductibles and past due patient balances at the time of service.
