Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Patient Access professional in Jacksonville, FL to register patients accurately, use multiple systems, and support privacy and compliance. You will cross-train across patient access areas and contribute to PAS goals, including palm scanning and collections.

You will work with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure service excellence, privacy protection, and proper documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience required.
• 1–2 years of healthcare experience required.
• 1–2 years of insurance experience required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Strong understanding of EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO regulations.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy per HIPAA guidelines.
