Fleming County Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Patient Access Representative to collect patient demographics, verify benefits, and collect co-pays to streamline admissions.
As a PRN role with night, day, and weekend rotations, you will explain forms, schedule authorizations, and maintain patient privacy while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced outpatient/inpatient setting.

The Patient Access Representative collects patient demographic, insurance, and financial information for outpatient services and inpatient admissions. Verifies benefits, obtains authorizations as needed, and collects co-pays/deductibles at the point of service to efficiently expedite the admitting process. Provides a positive first impression of the facility. Reports to the Director or Manager of Department.
