Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and verify patient demographics and insurance information for billing and clinical workflows.
• Provide a positive, professional experience for patients and families, communicating clearly about financial responsibilities and appointment logistics.
• Maintain privacy compliance (HIPAA) while managing high-volume registration, scheduling, and documentation tasks.
• Identify and resolve registration discrepancies and escalate complex issues to ensure workflow continuity.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Patient Access Representative at CHI St. Alexius Health Dickinson, you will help patients and clinical teams navigate the admission and registration process so they can receive timely, seamless, and high-quality care.

Every day you will act as the first point of contact for patients entering the facility. You will be expected to ensure accuracy, maintain strict confidentiality, and provide compassionate support during the check-in process.

• Accuracy & Data Integrity: Expertly capture and verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure seamless billing and clinical workflows.
