Community Health Center Of Cape Cod is looking for a dedicated team member to join our Dental Patient Access Team. This role focuses on scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, two years of relevant experience, and a strong attention to detail. An opportunity for further training as a Dental Assistant Apprentice is also available.

• Confirming dental patient appointments and scheduling follow-up appointments as needed per treatment plan.
• Ensuring new patient charts are complete prior to visit.
• Provide superior customer service in welcoming Health Center patients.
