Qualifications

• Two years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical office environment.

Responsibilities

• Appointment and scheduling of patients for Dental Services using Dentrix.
• Completing insurance verifications and prior authorizations for treatment.
• Confirming dental patient appointments and scheduling follow-ups.
• Ensuring new patient charts are complete prior to visit.
• Provide superior customer service in welcoming Health Center patients.
