Job summary

Community Health Center Of Cape Cod in Bourne, MA is seeking a Patient Access Representative to be the first contact for CHC patients, ensuring a smooth flow of services and high satisfaction. Salary range is $21.00 - $23.00 hourly.

Responsibilities include welcoming patients, verifying demographics and insurance, collecting co-pays, assisting with enrollment, scheduling, and coordinating communications with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an outpatient setting or similar role.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient data entry.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish or other).
